Something easy, tasty and full of healthy ingredients.
What's in?
- 50g brown pasta
- 150g ham cubes
- 5 mushrooms
- 1 tbl spoon of pumpkin and sunflower seeds
- 1 tbl spoons of ricotta cheese
- green leaves of your choice (more means better)
- 10 brussels sprouts
- broccoli
- spices and herbs
I am not going to teach you how to cook- use your imagination! I am not and I have never been an expert. Moreover I hate spending more than 60 mins preparing meal. But I LOVE eating. This is the main reason I had to change my eating habits and way of preapring my food... Add as much vegs and fresh ingredients as possible. Always. Your plate has to be colourful, smell tasty and look delicious.
Of course remember to keep an eye on your portion size. But this is other story, will write about it soon.
Ham is lean, mushrooms fried shortly on 1tbl spoon of a butter, brussels sprouts & broccoli are cooked.

1 portion prepared strictly to the recipe contains:
up to 530 kcal
up to 18 g of fat
If you want to cut kcal & fat easily just remove seeds and instead of ricotta cheese use a natural yogurt.
