Hope you are not experiencing a deficit of hapiness in your life and you have a lot of sources where you can find it! Everyday.
However, sometimes bad days happens- some not too good information, hard day at work, stress... You have no energy, no humour, your mood is down, you are almost exploding when someone wants to talk with you.
My day today was shitty. When I am in bad mood I want to eat more, I don't know why. Probably because of my emotional eating habits, very, very hard to leave behind. From time to time I want to give up, shout "I don't care!", sit down on sofa and eat as much chocolate as I am able... Yes, this is THAT day today.
If you are having similar situations just don't give up. This is the stuppiest thing you can ever do- giving up. Work on your STRONG strong will, don't let your demons bring you down. Don't build new walls and barriers, remember, always move forward. Always. Even one, small step, but always move forward. It may be hard and probably it will be. It may hurt, it will. But eventually you will be proud, because you didn't give up during your journey. Even once!
Instead of sofa & a jar of chocolate cream I chose nature, unbelieveable sun (hurrah, sun in Ireland!) and running. Physcial activity is MY way to fight with stress, negative emotions, depressive thoughts and all these things that bring you down...
What is your way? The above picture gives you some, very limited but inspiring choice of possibilities how to increase level of happiness. Remember that for real, permanent results you have to work on a daily basis. Starting with opening your eyes in the morning, ending with closing them at night. No one will do it for you, instead of you.
You are only one and the best expert to work on your own synergic system. You know your body, mind and spirit best! Use this knowledge and create the permanent happiness inside you.
Good luck and remember that every bad day ends when you go sleep. Tomorrow is a brand new start, don't miss that chance to life beautiful, healhty and happy life.
