Your tonight's meditation



So, before we're going sleep. Did you follow today's positive affirmation that I posted in the morning?

Did you catch any of your dreams, did you achieve any of your goals? I am sure you worked very hard, as usually, but was that an energy used in the best possible way? What could you change, if any?
No matter you are trying to lose weight or maintain healhty one. Was a variety on your plate? Did you achieve your 5-a-day?

Don't worry. If you are not sure or it's too early to answer take your time. Breath deeply, follow positive vibes, let me be your leader, motivator and mentor. We will eventually reach there, this is my promise. ♥
