Too many problems in one go, health issues plus some unusual situations related with forced house change. Oh! Let's start with begining.
As you know last time I mentioned about visitng my mum in Poland. Yes, a trip was very nice. I met many fantastic and very important to me people- my teacher from secondary school, my best friend from a primary school and my best friend ever who I have been known for 10? 12? years... Many, many tears, smiling faces and hearts full of love and empathy! Thank you for that- Anna, Weronika, MichaĆ, Magda and all other I had an opportunity to meet!
And yes, I took a jar of plum jam made by my grandmother:)
What about other things- well. I had chest infection, had to go to hospital for a wee while. I had hard time, had to change house, home. It was a mental and physical challenge for me. Mental- because I put my heart into everything I do in my life and physical, because all bigger and smaller things from house A had to be moved to house B. Hard workout (good for legs, arms and back!) 3x Ford Transit + (too) many trips in my C4...
Today I am feeling almost healthy. I'm breathing with no bigger problems, just coughing from time to time. My GP prescribed me another inhaler for my asthma issue, hmm. I am not happy with this, but better to prevent than suffer! One thing that makes me sad is a very long break in my training routine :( Can you believe that last time I was running in Poland on the 31st of August! OMG, too long time ago. I think I will be back on track next week, when my chest will be again in perfect condition. Till then I am enjoying walks with my superDog Sinead and unusually beautiful Irish weather!
