Nite nite!

Ohh, such a productive and exhausting (both mentally and physically) day. Finally & officially- the end! Yuppi. I'm ready to sleep, with mega positive though in my head- another step forward with my body weight. I can also notice the very first changes in my body, such as clothes are not that tight, tummy area is flatter, generally I feel lighter= better and healthier! The phase of "I am super hungry" is already behind me. No more carvings, no more negative feelings... Just clear goal and step-by-step plan.Go, Kasia!
