Seeds are good for you

Some of my friends keep asking me why do I like adding seeds to my meals. Answer is simple- seeds are small helpers for your digestive system and much more. They also taste great and add some unique crunchy bite.
Pumpkin is rich in minerals and healthy fat. Sunflower is a good source of B complex vitamins. It helps to calm the nervous system. Flaxseeds, my absolutely number 1, high in soluble fibre, which helps to keep bowels regular. It is also helpful during asthma attack ( or while coughing attack, especially at night). Soak a tablespoonful in a glass of water, strain and drink the jelly-like liquid.
