Back to basiscs weekend

Hola!

I know you are tired after the long week, but look at this! We're finally here- it's Friday evening:) Do you have any plans for upcoming weekend?
Whatever you are going to do, don't miss your chance to take a part in a 2-day short (!) Back to basics training.

To the point.

It costs you nothing- that's nice. It gives you fun- sounds good. Hopefully you will discover something new, maybe brand new powers that you posses? Hmm?!

2 day, 48 hours. It is a lot of time, believe me. Every single second counts and makes your life better or worse. In other word- every single moment creates your life. You are different than yeasteday, tomorrow you won't be the same person as you are today.

During the 2 upcoming days we will focus on healthy food, ultra positive- thinking, power of affirmation, the elements of basic meditation, FITiesta & siesta, physical activity and will try to find a good mood factor. Are you in? Yes of course you are. :)

Plain is simple.


  1. When you wake up in the morning, try to stay in bed another 10- 15 minutes. Smile to yourself and use your imagination to stimulate your thoughts! Create an image of happy you, feel all these good vibes around you. Wake up in fantastic mood.
  2. Enjoy time spent with family, friends or just on your own. Very often silence is the best remedy for our problems and concerns. You can think then about all concerns you are experiencing or switch off your mind and recharge batteries.
  3. Find time to be in touch with nature. From very simple actions at home, like watering your plants and gardening to going for a long walk in a town park or forest.  If you are brave enough try hug a big tree...I know- that sounds crazy, but trust me- it really works.
  4. Use all your sences to discover the world around you- touch things, smell, taste variety of products, look at beauty of Mother Earth (ok, you can still look at another lovely pair of shoes. I know it also help!) and listen! Listen to music, voices, birds, people. Listen to yourself. Listen to your intuition!
  5. Try to cook something light and healthy. Go for fresh vegs and fruits. Keep it simple, you don't want to spend half a day in the kitchen. Try to make an orange juice, fruit salad for a dessert or a veg soup for a lunch. Break rules, don't make same things as usually during a week.
  6. Siesta- my fav time during a day! 30 minutes of laziness will make you happier and less stressed! Why not try?
  7. FITiesta- another fantastic time when you're working on your body... Endorphins boost will increase your confidence and will add some beauty factor for the rest of your day.
  8. Skip evening socialisng- stay at home, turn off TV and read some book...Relax. You deserve it as nobody else! This your time! Use it exactly as you want. 
  9. Hug, hug, hug. Smile, talk, experience... Create your good mood, create your environment, create yourself! We are the synergic system- your body, spirit and mind are ONE. Use them properly.
  10. Go sleep. One more time try to use 10- 15 minutes of time before going sleep to imagine your perfect you- your goals, dreams, what is fantastic in you. Remember to focus on positives only.
I told you. This is very easy. I don't know why people are ready to pay a lot of money for weird methods of weight loss etc.... Back to basics is simple, cheap and for a life time.
