Have you heard about 5:2 diet? 5 days of >normal< eating + 2 days with no more than 600kcal... Of course, 1st question- what NORMAL eating means? And 2nd question- what shit and why so expensive is required to eat during "fasting days"? Anyone?
In my opinion another bullshit to make you believe that someone else or smething else can make a hard work for you.
Just stick to HEALTHY EATING HABITS, 5-a- day, hydrate yourself, add min. 30 minutes of physcial activity daily, decrease daily calories and fat intake. Make it easy and healthy. Make it NATURAL. It works!.
