Yes, finally here. The end of a successful first week. It wasn't very easy, but at the same time I can't say that it was super hard. Basically it is nothing brand new to me. I have been living a new life since 2011 and all these eating habits changes, increased physcial activity etc are well known to me. However sometimes lack of well organisation may lead you to wrong direction. Or just this moment when you lose your enthusiasm and you don't see any more point to do something. Or... when you realise that you can do something more with your body, mind and spirit- you can improve yourself and do EXACTLY what you want... With no excuses, doubts or questions marks in head.
That's what I have done. Just for myself.
Eating
Well, delicious, low in calories and fat, but still obviously healthy balanced, full of vitamins & minerals. More raw veggies and fruits, NO sweets and >goodbye< to any meals after 7 pm.
Workout
My motto- everyday something. As long as I do some workout, even when I am tired, "not in mood", I move my asset and do my job. Discipline is a key.
Attitude
As always- POSITIVE. This is my attitude forever, for a lifetime:) This is me, Kasia. I am on right path, hopefully you too.
Results
As expected - 1 kg less. Good job. Only 9 left.
