Saturday's slow cooking!

As I have more time during weekends I decided to make something special:)

Today's menu is as always light, tasty, juicy, easy and full of flavour.

Chicken legs in chopped tomatoes with herbs and canned mixed beans slowly cooked in a roasting bag. This way is perfect if you like using a conventional oven. Temp. around 200 C, far longer than 80 minutes.
I will serve it with brown rice.
