Men's health


I know you don't like when we, women, talk too much. So I want you to take a quick look at this pic. Lifestyle medicine is a fantastic way to fight some of already excisitng health issues. Especially men's ones. I hope most of you is in a fantastic shape, physical condition and not suffering any serious problems.
But it's never too late to lose some weight, ESPECIALLY when your BMI is over 27. Every single excessive kg affects your heart, higher the blood pressure and joints.
Start with simple things- stop smoking, decrease amount of alcohol, do not eat salty snacks and add some physical activity to your daily routine.
Sounds ok? Yes, not too complicated and still works.
