Hello beautiful minds!

Hope you enjoyed yeasterday- the 1st day of our slow weekend. Today we are starting once again. Step by step.
I am sure you did well your meditation in the morning and you are fulfilled with positive energy for the rest of a day!

Probably you are wondering why I am writing all these things. This blog is about weight loss and that kind of things... So why I am posting information about meditation, power thinking, back to basics...? Because this is MY WAY to live healhty, eat clean and enjoy happy life! 
First I want to show you my world, piece by piece you are discovering it. Some elements may be interesting for you, other not necessarily. That's fine. As long as you are here, you are in the right place to start a new life. To change bad eating habits, to increase level of positive energy, to create your inner imperative and enjoy fantastic body. Veg soup :)

Hello my hungry readers:)
I know it is nearly time to eat something. But of course we are pro- healhty and we always eat super tasty food. Soooo, my today's idea is simple veg soup.
Super cheap
Ultra healthy
Heavenly tasty
Full of natural goods!!!
Plus something crunchy- poppadoms.


What's in?

  • carrot
  • 4 salad potatoes
  • 1/2 aubergine
  • 3 leaves of a kale
  • a lot of persley
  • my fav dill
  • pepper
  • 1 l of chicken/ veg stock
  • 2 poppadoms

I am sure that everyone knows how to prepare a soup. It is the simplest form of cooking and in my opinion the funniest one. You can add whatever you want, as long it is fresh, raw, colourful and you like it!
Moreover the soup is great way to eat when you are trying to lose weight. Remember, instead of poppadoms you can eat the breadsticks or add some lentils directly to the soup. Use your imagination and have fun at the all stages of making your meal- begining with shopping (shopping trolley- fridge concept), preparing and eating!

Important:

Try to not peel your vegs. There are hidden the vitamins and minerals!!! And our's digestive system best friend- fibre!
