Today is our 4th exercise day. We are still working on the lower part of body-legs and bum! Yes, targeted areas:)

Sledgehammer. Sounds HEAVY;)))
Another easy exercise that works the legs, glutes, hip flexors, core and shoulders and also raises the heart rate.
Aim to do 8-15 reps.
In case you don't have dumbbell (yet!) do squats. Fantastic for bootylicious back
Aim to do 10-15 reps.
