Chicken breast covered with mushrooms + greeeen, raw leafs


Mesdames et Messieurs,

Today I have more time to prepare multi- ingredients dinner today. As always tasty, light, touching your sences and smelling....uhm, yummy.





What's in?

100 grams of aromatic mushrooms
1 delicate, lean, chicken breast















For homemade, oven baked French fries

4-5 medium salad potatoes 






For healthy addition

some leafs up to your choice
1 large, ripe, juicy tomato
3-4 pieces of radish
5-6 green olives
handful of sunflower and pumpkin seeds
4-5 slices of cucumber

1/3 of eggplant





Spices, herbs, other

parsley, salt, pepper, dill, garlic, table spoon of butter (or anything you use on your bread) to prepare mushrooms on pan, table spoon of of oil to sprinkle French fries.

This is a real, fantastic, tasty meal. All you need is here! Lean meat, a lot of raw vegetables, mushrooms to add some taste :)
What about calories and fat?
The whole plate as seen on pic contains 650 calories and 28 grams of fat.
