Easy ways to a peachy bottom ;)

  1. Take the stairs and walk uphill.
  2. Don't sit down when you don't need to. 1 in 5 adults spend over 30 hours a week marooned on their sofas...
  3. Tone your skin by dry- brushing before your bath or shower.
  4. Think about your posture. Keep your pelvis in neutral, slightly tipped back, tummy engaged.
  5. Take up kickboxing. Kicks to the back, front and side target your bottom from all directions.
