Safety first

Just to be sure you are safe during your workout, read this and don't forget to use this knowledge everytime you start your training. We want to be fit and healthy, not injured:)

  1. ALWAYS warm up your body before any physical activity.
  2. If you don't feel good or you feel pain during your exercises- STOP.
  3. Think QUALITY over quantity. 
  4. Choose the correct dumbbell weight. Focus on performing the exercise perfectly, then build up the weight.
  5. Don't be tempted to do too much too soon. But at the same time remember that your body adapts well to stress, so you should be regularly upping the intensity of your workout.
  6. Drink water during your workout. 
  7. If you are walking/ runing out in the evening- wear REFLECTIVE clothes, gadgets etc.
