Ex. 12- dumbbell flye on gym ball for beautiful chest



It is great for toning the upper body and, with the addition of the gym ball, your core too. The exercise are designed to pep up your posture, open up your shoulders and tone up your pectorals and bust.





Aim to do 10 reps.


Dear ladies- unfortunately we can't stop our boobs losing their pertness as we age, but we can minimise sagging by always wearing a sport bra when we exercise. Don't forget about it, please. Strengthening your back and improving your posture will have untold benefits for the front of your body:)
You can also try some yoga chest openers, such as cobra, camel, fish and triangle poses.

Don't forget to moisturise your neck and decolletage regularly!!!
