Pizza by Kasia + bluberries choco ice- cream

Today I'd like to talk about lovely ideas for home made pizza and ice- cream. As always the best quality, full of taste and as less as possible calories and fat.
Let's start with pizza. Honestly, it's hard to find anyone who doesn't like this Italian food. Thin, crispy base, only 260 calories and 4.4 g of fat in one satisfying slice. What I have done today was very veggie top with a slice of lean ham. Black olives, sweet pepper, artichoke, spinach and 2 mushrooms. All baked in oven for 30 minutes in temp about 200C. Extraordinary when you add your favourite ingriedients. Keep away from cheese, mayo and fat meat to create lighter and greener alternative to the take- away one. 




What concerns dessert is a completely different story. You know I love chocolate and I am totally addicted... Yes, my problem no 1. What I did is super simple and (again) full of taste. You need 300g of frozen bluberries, 250 ml of cold low- fat milk and 3 spoons of chocolate. Mix milk and choco then add frozen fruits. Use blender to create more/ less texture of cream... If you prefer chuncky pieces of bluberries finish earlier. Then place your ice- cream in a freezer for 15 minutes and.... enjoy! Do not hesitate and eat them with smile on your face. As I read once- you will not gain kg because of one biscuit, and you won't reduce it by one bowl of helthy salad...
