Gym ball single leg curl.
Honestly, in my opinion it's hard exercise. It took me a lot of time to be able do it properly. But as every exercise it is worth to do it!
Try, don't give up, work on your legs.
Keep you buttocks lifted and your back in line to really work those gluteas.
Aim to do 8-10 reps.
