Thick tomato soup with herbs and grated mozzarella.

What's in:

1 can of chopped tomatoes with herbs
6 fresh tomatoes
2 small carrots
2 branches of celery 
1 slace of turnip (diced)
garlic cloves
pepper, salt, basil/ other herbs
tagiatelle pasta
grated mozzarella light

How many portions?

Well, up to 4 big bowls of soup :)

Important info:

1 bowl of this amazing soup with 50 g of pasta & 30 g of grated mozzarella light contains 500 calories and 10 g of fat.
